Delivery Lead - Cyber

Lead critical initiatives and partner directly with senior leaders to strengthen HBF's cyber resilience.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of cyber security, technology delivery, risk, and business transformation, influencing outcomes that have organisation-wide impact.

12 month fixed term contract based in Sydney.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale cyber security projects and programs.
• Partner with executives, sponsors and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic cyber outcomes.
• Manage multiple workstreams, vendors, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across cyber, architecture, engineering, delivery, risk and compliance.
• Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements including cyber and operational resilience frameworks.
• Drive project governance, reporting and decision-making at executive level.

About you

You'll bring:

• Significant experience delivering complex cyber security, technology or transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Experience managing vendors, procurement processes and project finances.
• Proven record of leading diverse teams through complex delivery environments.
• Expertise in project delivery methodologies and tools - Jira and Confluence (essential)

Highly regarded:

• Experience working in cyber security environments or delivering cyber-related programs.
• Experience in regulated industries such as health, insurance, banking or financial services.
• Exposure to PCI-DSS, CPS230, CPS234 or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Industry certificate in Project Management (Waterfall) or Agile project framework
